How long are your soft play sessions?

Each session is 90 minutes long which allows us to keep on top of cleaning between sessions.

What are the age ranges?

The soft play is designed to help with development during the early learning years, in particular up to the age of 8. We do, however, allow under 10s if they are with younger siblings and are respecting other users.

Can I book my soft play party now?

We are not currently taking party bookings as we are waiting on further guidance and announcements on the restriction of numbers.

Are there toilet facilities at Little Giggles?

Yes, we have male, female and disabled toilets as well as baby changing facilities.

What food do you serve?

We have a fully stocked kitchen offering a range of delicious and healthy food options all made on site.

Where can we find Little Giggles?

We are located at the Riverside Retail Park in Yate, above Shans Music Bar.

What are your opening times? And are you open on bank holidays?

All our available sessions can be found using the Book a Visit link at the top of most pages. We will also be open on bank holidays except for Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

Does my child need to wear specific clothing?

Your child should wear socks at all times and we advise to wear clothing to cover knees and elbows to avoid the possibility of friction burns on any of the equipment.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

No, we’re sorry but with the exception of baby food and milk, only food and drink bought on-site may be consumed here.

Do you do any Halloween, Christmas or Easter events?

Oh, yes! Our staff are all big kids at heart and we love to organise themed events throughout the year. Keep an eye on our Facebook page for up-to-date information.

How can I pay?

We accept both cash and card at the tills and over the phone

Do you have insurance?

Yes, we have full public liability insurance.
